Day 1 - Jumping The Hurdle

I'm sorry, I couldn't find my scales to get an accurate weight reading, but I will get one posted as soon as possible. For now I will go on the assumption that I weigh a huge 18 stone.

Before I tell you how it went, take a quick look at what i actually did.

I started off with a 2 minute brisk walk, then 2 minutes running, 2 minutes walking, 2 minutes running, then i really started to feel the burn. My legs were throbbing, and my arms and neck aching, but i powered through.

When i got home i knew i had to do the other exercises, but i was in agony.
After a few minutes resting i started with the knee pressups, which i had no problems with. In fact it took me less than a minute to finish them.

The dorsal raises were also a piece of cake, so I slowed them down a little, which made them a little more difficult. These took me just under a minute to do.

Here is how to do the Dorsal Raises.

The chair dips were insanely painful, my arms were on fire, but pushing my self through I managed them all. Even if the last one did take a lot longer than the rest!

The sit ups were easy for me, and they were very easy.

On a whole I felt great, the endorphins kicked in after just a  few minutes, and I am still feeling them.
