Hello all, i just want to welcome you to my blog.
I'm 22 years old, i work in IT, and i am pretty out of shape.
I have decided that i am now at a point where i want to raise my fitness level, and feel better about my self.
Tomorrow after work i will be starting a fitness program suggested on the British Army Website on how to get fit enough for their fitness tests.
I will be using this blog to keep track of my progress, and note down any thoughts i may have throughout my experience.
I will post my weight and height tomorrow evening.
The regime i will be following starts out with what is called 'conditioning', this is light exercise which will slightly raise my fitness level, and ensure i do not cause myself any damage. This lasts for two weeks, at which point i will move on to the 'Level 1' program for 4 weeks.
Feel free to leave me a comment, or let me know if you are doing something similar!
(Feel free to use the plan above)
Wish me luck!
Terry.
